Terms of Service

Discussly is currently in pre-launch. These terms govern your use of this website and early-access registration.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Digital Business Concept (EI), Centre d’Affaires Reims-Bezannes, 7 rue Pierre Salmon, 51430 Bezannes, France (“Discussly”, “we”, “us”).

2. Using this website

You may browse the site, learn about Discussly and join early access. You agree to use the site lawfully and not to disrupt it, misuse it, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or its systems.

3. Acceptable use of the Discussly button

When the Discussly button becomes available, if you embed it on a website you operate, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly. In particular, you must not use Discussly to create, prepare or transmit prompts or content that:

  • are unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or that incite violence or discrimination;
  • exploit, endanger or target minors in any way;
  • attempt to manipulate, jailbreak, inject hidden instructions into, or otherwise abuse the third-party AI assistants the button opens, or their users;
  • mislead visitors about who they are interacting with, or impersonate Discussly or any third party;
  • infringe the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of any person;
  • distribute malware, or attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to Discussly, the websites it runs on, or the AI assistants it connects to.

You are responsible for the content of the prompts and context you configure, and for your use of the button on your site. We may, at our discretion and without prior notice, disable or remove any Discussly button, or suspend access, that we reasonably believe breaches these terms or applicable law, or that is the subject of a credible abuse report.

To report a button or use of Discussly you believe is abusive or unlawful, contact us at abuse@discussly.ai. We will review reports and take any action we consider appropriate.

4. Early access

Joining early access lets you register your interest and receive updates. It does not oblige us to provide the product, and it is not a guarantee about features, availability, pricing or launch date — all of which may change. Early access may be offered, modified or withdrawn at any time.

5. No service yet, provided “as is”

Discussly’s product is not yet generally available. This website and any preview materials are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Intellectual property

The Discussly name, logo, site content and design are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission, except as allowed by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Third-party links

The site may link to third-party websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Discussly evolves toward launch. The version posted here, with its date, is always the one that applies.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the competent courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply to you.
